Scope
We agree on the opportunity, the outcome and the metric we'll measure it by, and take a baseline. Most engagements follow an AI Value Creation Assessment, so the opportunity is already sized and tied to a value creation lever, and scoping is quick.
Build with your team
Our engineers work inside your systems and alongside your people. Your team directs the work and sees it take shape as we go.
Roll out and train
We roll out to one team or segment first, so there's a comparison group. We train people on their own workflows and rework the process around the new tool so it gets used.
Hand over and measure
What we build runs on the Talas platform, with sign-in, permissions and your data already in place, or on your own infrastructure. We measure the change against the baseline and report what it delivered, keeping what we measured separate from what we modeled.

Do we need engineers of our own?
No. We can build and deploy on the Talas AI Portfolio Ops Platform, which handles sign-in, permissions and data for you. If you do have an engineering team, we work alongside them so they can maintain what we build.
Will it work with the tools we already use?
Yes. We build inside the platforms and tools your team already uses, and connect to your data where it already lives.
